Tap Save to Photos, then choose “Save Image” in the menu that appears. You can also touch and hold the image above and choose “Save to Photos.”
Open a video from your iPhone, pick the exact moment, and save a full-resolution frame. The video is processed locally in Safari; it is never uploaded.
Use the original video if possible. If it's in MEGA, download it to Files first. WMV files are converted to MP4 on your phone first.
Choose “Save Video” in the menu. Next time, pick the saved MP4 from Photos so you don't need to convert again.
The frame buttons move by 1 ÷ FPS seconds. Video encoding and variable frame rates can affect exact frame selection.
